Do SAM offer any technical support?

SAM does not provide formal technical support, however we will attempt to answer any queries you may have.

What testing takes place?

Our technicians, prior to the items being offered for sale, carry out the following tests. Electrical Safety (PAT Test), Check Controls, Disk Wipe (System Units/Notebooks), Test Print (Printers), Nokia Test (Monitors)

Do system units or notebooks come with any pre-loaded software?

Due to licensing issues no software is loaded, however all system units/notebooks are ready for you to load your software i.e. C: prompt.

Can SAM help me install software on my system unit?

SAM cannot help if you have difficulties loading software, as we do not provide any software with our systems. Please refer to your software supplier for assistance in this area.

What is SAMs privacy policy?

SAM do not share your information with any other third party. Your details are held solely to expedite the processing of your order and, at your discretion, to keep you informed of new products and services offered by SAM.

Why do I have to have a security check?

SAM try to eliminate Internet fraud as best they can. All first-time customers are screened for security reasons, before their order is completed and dispatched. Subsequent security checks may be required for established SAM customers should SAM's credit control department feel they are necessary. If a customer does not comply with SAM's security check procedures SAM reserve the right to cancel the order in question.

Can I pay by cheque?

SAM only accept payment by credit/debit card. SAM does not add any surcharge on credit/debit card payments.

What credit/debit cards do SAM accept?

We accept most credit/debit cards including MasterCard, Visa & Electron.

Can I collect my goods direct from SAM?

Yes. But pre payment is required.

How long will my goods take to arrive?

Normally you can expect delivery within seven working days after your order has passed credit checks. Please note that delay in responding to credit check requests for further information can extend this time.

How will my goods be dispatched?

Goods are dispatched via carrier on a "next business day" service.

Can I arrange for delivery on a Saturday?

Yes, but it costs extra.(not Public holidays)

Can my order be delivered outside the UK mainland?

Yes, Please inform the sales team before placing your order.
